How do I access Pharmacy Knowledge Student?
If your institution is a subscriber, you will receive a welcome email with a link to set up your account. If you have not received an email, follow the instruction on How to register as a user.
If your institution is not a subscriber, use our recommendation form to recommend Pharmacy Knowledge Student to your librarian.

How do I change my password?
When logged in, use 'My account'. Under 'Your details', select the 'Reset password' button.
How often is content updated?
All our content is reviewed and updated where appropriate each year. Some specialist content, such as law and regulation text, is reviewed twice a year to ensure it reflects current legislation.

How do I create a reading list?
Create and manage your reading lists within each year tab. When logged in, view our user guides for more information.
How is content grouped and searched?
Content can be searched by subject area drug class, disease state or book title. Sort results alphabetically or by date last updated.
How do I track students progress?
Use your dashboard to review student progress by reading list. You can view results for all students signed up to a reading list, and by individual student.

How do I create a reading list?
Select 'My reading list' and click 'Add titles' to add content.
How do I add content to an existing reading list?
In a reading list, click 'Add titles' to create a new heading and add new content to it.
How do I track my progress?
Check your progress by clicking on a reading list.
How many times can I attempt self-assessment questions?
You will have up to three attempts per title.
How do I view content on MedicinesComplete?
If your institution is a subscriber to MedicinesComplete, use the links in a title to access the content. If your institution does not subscribe to MedicinesComplete, please discuss your requirement with your librarian or tutor.
How much content can I download as a PDF?
You are able to download five pieces of content as a PDF. After you have downloaded five, you will see the message 'You have reached the maximum number of downloads allowed'. The download count is reset every academic year.

Pharmacy Knowledge Student can be accessed on any modern web browser that supports cookies and for full functionality, also supports JavaScript.
